Abstract EN

In this paper, We have discussed the different styles of the persuasive speech of El Emir Abdelkader through his book “Almiqradh El had”.

the aim of this discourse is to correct the comprehension of the other who is different in religion (Non- Milli) ,and making him taking a positive attitude toward the islamic legislations concerning the issue of “ the obligation of loyalty and the prevention of treachery” .El Amir in this discourse, has used different styles from Quaran and Sunnah, and other reasonable, sensual, and rhetoric techniques.

We have started first by defining the persuasive speech that depends on the demonstrative means (reasonable, from Quran and Sunnah, sensual) and the rhetoric means.

Then we have presented the styles of the persuasive speech used by El Amir Abdelkader when talking to the other Non-Muslim.

the reasonable means can be rejecting the wrong deduction (QiyasFassid) that the non-Muslim believes in, or depending on the jurisprudential deduction.

Whether the techniques from Quran and Sunnah (Naqliya) contain such credible textual proofs and evidences that oblige the fulfillment of the covenant, and prevent the treachery from Quran , Hadith , the Bible, and Arab talks.

The sensual styles which contain the evidences perceived by the five senses.

Finally the rhetoric styles such as similes, division and emphasizing which aim at influencing the receptor and revealing the abstract meanings in artistic masked images.
