English Abstract

The objective of this research is to propose a management strategy to increase value added by applying Six Sigma (SEGMA SIX) standards to programs of developing social responsibility of universities in the Kingdom of Bahrain, To achieve the objective of the research, the descriptive analytical developmental method was used, the researcher selected a random sample consists of (98) facility members and administrative employees.

The results of the study showed that the degree of implementation of Six Sigma (SEGMA SIX) standards in the programs of developing social responsibility of universities, in general was medium, and the findings showed no statistically significant differences attributable to gender, career status, or years of experience on all dimensions, and the strategic value-added matrix was developed to implement Six Sigma standards in the programs of developing social responsibility of universities, and the management strategy to increase value added by applying Six Sigma (SEGMA SIX) standards to the programs of developing social responsibility of universities in the Kingdom of Bahrain was proposed.
