This article tackles and analyzes the agent noun comprising more than three letters in the Anthology of Dr.

Ibrahim Jalo Muhammad Jalingo.

The study approaches the issues through an applied syntactic study of the related examples.

The researchers used induction and analytical methodologies in conducting the work.

The theoretical component of the study focused on the source of the agent noun derivation, its formation from more than three letters, its wording, and its literary meaning, as well as contextual and verse meanings.

This research work has among its findings, that the agent noun has divergent meanings when another letter is added to its original tripleletter form.
