The objective of this study was to investigate the reality and sources of professional compatibility of university library workers.

The field study was conducted in the two central libraries of the University of Algeria "2 and 3", The descriptive descriptive approach was based on the statistical community in all office workers in the state of Algiers, With 86 employees of both sexe ,Data collection was based on the interview method and the questionnaire that was built on the method of "Likert", and the questionnaire was completed by the officer of honesty and persistence, the study concluded that the sample enjoyed a moderate degree of professional compatibility, The physical aspects of the organization are followed by organizational sources.
