The circumstances facing the national economy and the Algerian Institutions Today, Required them to reconsider the ways of exercise their activities and their strategies in various fields, including their organizational culture and management method, so they should look for a new management methods that enable them to play a role in the development of the national economiy.

Management by objectives is one of the modern administrative methods, known for its effectiveness in developing business performance, So it has attracted a lot of interest from researchers and management practitioners in developed countries.

It’s an approach that involves the participation of workers and their managers in defining the objectives, and from which they establish an action plan to achieve it.

The application of the management by objectives by the Algerian companies, can realize them a lot of advantages, it can increase the productivity of the personnel and make more effective the decisions taken, which will positively influence the performance of the company.
