Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the mental alertness of female students in the third stage, and to achieve this objective , the researchers deliberately measure mental alertness prepared by Langer.

After verifying the validity and reliability of the scale as it was applied to a sample of (146) female students and after processing the data statistically, the researchers concluded several conclusions, the most important of which is that there is a positive moral relationship between mental alertness and free swimming skill among third stage students.

The researchers recommended Use of mental alertness scale by coaches and teachers to identify the scores and levels of players and students
