This research paper attempted to explore the crosses role of the cultural diversity multinational companies, in the dynamicty of group of work, OURHOUD organization which is situated in HASSI MASSOUD- OUARGLA was the filled of study ,this later begins with research problemthat includes the research questions and hypothesizes , than we packled in the most important definitions, concepts and the procedures fields ( place-human resource- times ), After that comes the display, analyze and discussion of the results on the light of the study hypothesizes.
