Abstract The science of the principles of jurisprudence is the way to derive judgments from the texts of legitimacy, and by it's rules clogs the diligent consideration of the provisions of the law and help him to reach the truth It is a precise science of conduct, intended by anyone who avoids superficiality in understanding and interpreting legal texts and adapting the facts and legal behaviors to the texts properly adapts the mind from the wrong, it is for the forensic science like grammar for the Arabsciences.

This science has won the effort of scientists the greatest luck and share the most, they understood it clearly, and replaced him among them a high place, & came out among them men who built his edifice and domes, and locked themselves for him, and stripped him pens are classified of great works of great service to all mankind.

The research required to be in three topics preceded by an introduction and a prelude followed by a conclusion.

We outlined in the preface definition of the principles of jurisprudence language and convention.

In the first section, we dealt with language and text from the point of view of the scholars of the origins, and we proved some issues, and in the second section, we dealt with the methods of fundamentalist significance and how to derive the Islamic rulings from the texts.
