Abstract EN

This study examines the provisions related to the use of the road and its ethics in Islamic law, based on the principle that the religion of Islam has taken care of everything that is important in human life, it is the perfection of the religion of Islam that regulates the affairs of man, and the matter of his career on the way, Safety for himself and others, and the environment in which he participates.

He is not afraid of the seriousness of walking on the road in a walk or a ride without a commitment to a system that saves lives and money, and the large number of traffic accidents and the number of victims is evidence of that danger.

The method followed by the research is the analytical approach to the texts contained in the Holy Quran and Sunnah and the views of some scholars of Sharia on the way and how to behave by people.

And reached the results, most notably the possibility of avoiding a lot of traffic accidents if the road users complied with those texts, and applied the laws and regulations related to them, and linking the road and behavior of old and what exists today.

Road users' compliance with these provisions guarantees them safety during traffic, and, conversely, disruption of them leads to fatal or catastrophic accidents and substantial material losses.

These provisions for each type of road user are divided into three sections, rights, duties, and ethics as will be clear during this study.

The aim of this scientific research is to recognize the proper regulation of the behavior of the road; to minimize damage and harm within the context of Islamic law.
