Abstract EN

Manufacturing modern starting platform (with rear armrest) according to the specifications and global measurements.

To identify the values of some Biokinmatics variables and Biomechanics by using a device (Foot Scan) for two types of normal and track start with rear armrest) down to the water in the freestyle –butterfly and breaststroke swimmers advanced.

The researchers use descriptive approach way of analytical style and comparison.

Sample consisted of (5) elite swimmers from the province of Kurdistan .

Use technical scientific observation and testing، measurement and analysis methods for data collection and values of (Foot Scan) foot scanner.

He use one type of camera (Casio high speed Exilim) Chinese-made and speed were (240) image it put on after (6.M) in the left side of the swimmer and high (120c، m (from the ground of the swimming pool).

Use the start test of both types (normal and with rear armrest) and Foot Scan has been placed on the both platform for the front and back leg and start the regular presence of front and back platform and the included power by Foot Scan and variables of Biomechanics by video imaging.
