There is a close relationship between the work of the Chamberlian with the secretary in the secretariat in modern times, those interested can benefit in the modern time from the conditions and objectives and advantages of the function of the Chamberlain's function away from the negatives that prevailed because life in general and political need to organize and protection continuously, the Chamberlian was the upper hand in the protection of institution and development to the satisfaction of God Almighty and concerned of the people on the one hand or causing harm to those parties on the other hand, because they were responsible for organizing the work of their superiors and arranging the dates of those coming to visit them, and revealed a lot of problems before they infect the invisible or the state or institution any damage.
