Tribute or tax is an Islamic idiom means taking funds (money) by Islamic country - Estimated by the Governor depending on the situation-of non-Muslims who live in, instead for not to serve in defense of the country in which they live, And a penalty for the country to providing them safety and protection, and therefore they fall form (Tribute or tax) In the event of their duty to defend the homeland and if the state cannot protect them, and the tribute was and there are texts ,found throughout history between the dominant and oppressed nationsin the Old and New Testaments confirm their legitimacy, but Islam came to adjust and reduce the amount, and removes insult and humiliation to those who pay, and all that is said of the things that insulting the people who paid Tribute in Islam are the sayings of the jurists (the fuqaha) not based on a clear and true text from the (Qur'an and Sunnah) ,but the tribute in Islam means respect and appreciation for those who paid ,and Islam has not forced them to defend a doctrinal ideological state ,they do not believe the religion and their religion are not allowed to do so and defend them, Islam took this matter and did not commit them to military service, and indicates that it is obligatory on capable of fighting only, meaning that they are citizens are required to protect the homeland in which they live, and following of modern states such taxes on its citizens in opposite for their failure to homeworkers Military confirms ,that the tribute does not mean being forced to change the doctrine does not contradict freedom in Islam in the choice of faith and religion.
