Abstract EN

This is a research paper deal with an issue of profound impact and wide controversy in ancient times and recently, I think it is a task and worthy of interest in this new age, namely the issue of Proper and metaphor and their impact on themes fundamentalist linguistic jurisprudential purposeful , and the methodological problems of this implications, it's Entitled: (The impact of metaphor at linguistic and legitimacy words -a fundamentalist eaqaidia linguistic study-), which includes an introduction, three chapter and a conclusion, The first chapter deals with: the Proper and the metaphor of their definition and judgment, the reasons for the dual division and its benefits, and the second one is talking about: the metaphor in the Arabic language, the Qur'an and Sunnah, and the opinions related thereto, with discussion and giving prepouderance (Tarjih).

The third deals with: the metaphor in the Qur'an and Sunnah the impact on the verses and hadith of the God's attributes.

Finally the conclusion with the most important findings and recommendations.
