Abstract EN

The bilateral of mind and transfer in Islamic thinking, this old and renewable problem, it still raising at the present time, a methodological controversy which can be considered not only as a criterion on which we classify the Islamic thinking trends but a mental balance as well So, can we consider getting far from the essence of Islam and its spirit, which means getting far from the text ( Quran and Hadith ), follow it word by word,and take it as the only criteria in the judgment of the originality of the belief and the belonging? Those who are in favour of the text refuse to subject the religious text to the mind arguing that the religious text is so sacred, higher, and more honour dole that it doesn’t need to be defended.

They didn’t even dare to interpret or explain any verse which has no interpretations from our prophet or his companions, as previously note, the religious text can be interpreted only by another religious text.From this point, Almoutazila‘s thinking suffering started.

This trend, which gives too much importance to the mind and consider it as the only effective means to understand the religious text on one hand and take it as a means to refute the opponents of Islam or the other land.

In addition to this, we can deduce the convincing proofs or arguments for non-Muslims since they totally refuse the idea of revelation.

However, the “Ashaira”, s point of view is swinging between “Al moutazila” and the ancestors because the mind, which is independent of revelation, is unable to know Devine affairs and it is just a means to understand the revelation.

Although the mind pushes us to faith, it can’t oblige anything on anyone; it doesn’t relieve him and it can’t allow or forbid, it doesn’t improve or condemn.

But all that have been mentioned is among the functions or tastes of "sharia"..
