Abstract EN

One of the accidents in the city of Mosul, the issue of saved salaries during the control of the city by ISIS, Many many people have asked about the ruling of Zakat on it, opinions was suggested, and for reaching a right rule I decided to specialize this accident in a small research reviewing in it the truth of these salaries and the doctrines opinion in the zakat of funds that not controlled by its owner.

This research are built on three sections: First sections on the truth of saved salaries, divided in two requirements, the first is : definition of the saved salaries, and the second about the utilization and payment, and the second section about Zakat definition and its rules and conditions, separated in two requirement.

The first about: Zakat definition, in the second: the zakat rule in funds, the reasons of weakness of owning.

The third section about the zakat of debts, separated on three requirements.

The first is about debt definition, the second about the types of debts and the zakat situation in it and in the third the rule of saved salaries.
