There is no unified position on « the other » in the Jewish law.

There are two different views to the point of contradiction : The first view is positive ; The Jewish Sharia states that the pure of all nations will have a share in the other world.

There are also in Jewish religious writings, many references to the rights of the stranger and the necessity of honoring him.

The Noah law forms a common moral framework for Jews and non-Jews.

The second view is negative ; The Torah distinguishes between the Holy Jew and the gujim (an international or a foreigner), who must be hustled and hated.

This was followed by the Talmud texts to nourish hatred and increase the isolation of the Jews and their hustility to the other nations.
