the deviating behavior Spread with school students in recant times , in all communities in general , Hamza City in particular, as results of the Iraqi Society has been subjected to long periods of different manifestation of political economic crises , natural and disasters have made him suffered from security forces as well as to control the behavior of members of the community , therefore , these crises and changes have left a clear impact on the environment of the society and it's values , as well as in the members of the student body and in all fields in which individuals interact, starting from family and ending with the school community and this in turn may have a significant impact on these students in schools through the emergence of many forms unusual behaviors , bad and abnormal by the members of community (students) In addition to the spread of modern means of communication such as the Internet, mobile phone and these students and committed these deviate behaviors in society and the purpose of this research is the identification of the most important factors that push students to deviate behaviors of these students as well as identify some of the effects of these behaviors deviate students.
