The visual aesthetic discourse in contemporary Iraqi wall painting gives Conceptually and aesthetically pleasing forms in all its annexes, propositions, uses and expressions which is a necessary precondition for struggles, conflicts and transformations under political pressure economic, social and cultural dimensions, which constitute a shift in vision, relativity and expression reception in the art of Rafidainia.

The researcher found that there is a necessary need for this study to be the subject that was not previously studied in detail and independently.

Because of the lack of academic studies which concern with contemporary Iraqi wall paintingand the lack of public and private libraries have formed an unknown space in this field and thus the current research has sought (attributes) In the contemporary Iraqi wall-painting), to study the expressive features and different styles of the old Rafidaini (Assyrian) and (contemporary) according to the mechanisms of creating it in the wall painting.

The research study included four chapters: Chapter I which is the research framework that deals with the problem of research and its importance and the need to such study, and research objectives The current: to reveal the expressive features of contemporary wall painting, As well as the search limits ( - ) The chapter then ends by determining the most critical terms in the search.

The second chapter consisted of two subjects The theoretical framework and its indicators and the first topic: - The concept of expressiveness.

The second topic consisted: Introduction to the drawing of the old Iraqi (Assyrian) and attributes Expressionism in the Iraqi wall drawing and then wall drawing contemporary Iraq.

To end up Research procedures that will determine the research community Research the two murals and analyse the sample.

The fourth chapter contains the results of the research, conclusions, recommendations and proposals.
