Many rural areas in the Arab world suffer from many environmental problems caused by the neglect of this environment for many factors such as migration and rural displacement, wars and environmental problems.

The programs of rural development and development on the face of the return of life to the countryside and Algeria have been a model of this type of development.

The project was implemented through municipal development projects aimed at reviving the countryside.

This was based on a number of communication activities aimed at protecting the environment and preparing it in the municipality as the main resource for improving the economic and living conditions of the rural population.
