Arabic Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد أهم العوامل المؤثرة في قدرة الشركات الناشئة على الإبداع الإداري في حاضنة الأعمال و التكنولوجيا بالجامعة الإسلامية، و قد تضمن العوامل الريادية عددا من المتطلبات التي تم قياس تأثيرها على الإبداع الإداري ؛ وهي ( استقطاب الموهبة / الاحتفاظ بالموهبة / تطوير بالموهبة / خلق بيئة متسامحة مع الفشل / الشراكة مع المشاريع الأخرى / الاستثمار في البحث العلمي)، و قد سعت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين العوامل الريادية و الإبداع الإداري في حاضنة الأعمال و التكنولوجيا بالجامعة الإسلامية، من خلال جمع البيانات باستخدام استبانة صممت خصيصا لهذا الغرض، و تضمنت الاستبانة (46) فقرة، تم توزيعها على عدد (120) من أصحاب المشاريع المحتضنة في حاضنة الأعمال والتكنولوجيا بالجامعة الإسلامية، و ذلك باستخدام طريقة المسح الشامل لمجتمع الدراسة، وتم استرداد عدد (96) و بنسبة استرجاع بلغت (80%) و قد توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج منها : 1- وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (دلالة 0.05( a≤ بين العوامل الريادية و الإبداع الإداري في حاضنة الأعمال و التكنولوجيا بالجامعة الإسلامية.

2- توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (دلالة 0.05( a≤ بين خلق بيئة متسامحة مع الفشل و الإبداع الإداري في حاضنة الأعمال و التكنولوجيا بالجامعة الإسلامية.

3- توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (دلالة 0.05( a≤ بين الاستثمار في البحث العلمي و الإبداع الإداري في حاضنة الأعمال و التكنولوجيا بالجامعة الإسلامية.

و قد أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات كأن أهمها : 1- ضرورة تشجيع خريجي الجامعة الإسلامية على أنشاء مشروعات جديدة توفر لهم فرصة عمل في ظل الحصار المفروض على قطاع غزة.

-2- ضرورة وضع القوانين و الأنظمة التي توفر الحماية للمشروعات الصغيرة و دعمها باعتبارها مشاريع تساهم بتوفير العمل الخريجين.

English Abstract

The study aims at identifying the most important factors influencing the ability of start-up companies to innovate in the business incubator and technology at the Islamic University.

The leading factors included a number of requirements that have been measured in terms of managerial creativity : attracting talent / talent retention / talent development / creating a tolerant environment with failure / partnership with other projects / investment in scientific research.

The study sought to identify the nature of the relationship between the entrepreneurial factors and the administrative creativity in the business and technology incubator in the Islamic University by collecting the data using a questionnaire specifically designed for this purpose.

The questionnaire included 46 paragraphs and was distributed to (120) project owners in the Incubator of business and technology at the Islamic University, using the comprehensive survey method to the study population.

(96) questionnaires were retrieved with 80% percentage of recovery.

The most important findings of the study : 1- There is a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance of (α≤0.05) between the leading factors and the managerial creativity in the business and technology incubator at the Islamic University.

2- There is a significant statistical relationship at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between creating a tolerant environment with failure and administrative creativity in the incubator business and technology in the Islamic University.

3- There is a relationship of statistical significance at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between investment in scientific research and administrative creativity in the incubator of business and technology in the Islamic University.

The study recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which were : 1.

There is a need to encourage graduates of the Islamic University to establish new projects that provide them with a job opportunity under the siege imposed on the Gaza Strip.

There is a need to develop laws and regulations that provide protection for small projects and support them as projects contribute to provide work for graduate
