Muhsin jassim al-Musawi Says in “The Medieval Arab narratives” that the advice for the narrators “does not mean in the narrative other than its stagnation, absence of tense, and loss of consecutive charge in it”, their absence created a different creative presence, and made Self-presence for the one thousand and one nights in its privacy and variety of formality.

This article examines the formal structure of the book and the mechanisms in the connection between its parts/stories.
