Arabic Abstract

هدف الدراسة : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة تطبيق العناصر و المقومات الأساسية لنظام الإنتاج لدي الشركات العاملة بالقطاع الصناعي.

أداة الدراسة : و لغرض القيام بهذه الدراسة قام الباحث بجمع البيانات الأولية من مصادرها المختلفة، و اعتمد الباحث استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإجراء الدراسة و الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات.

مجتمع وعينة الدراسة : و يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من 30 شركة عاملة في قطاع الصناعات ( الغذائية، البلاستيكية، المعدنية ) بواقع 4 موظفين من كل شركة ليصبح مجتمع الدراسة 120، و قد قام الباحث باستخدام طريقة البحث الشامل، حيث تم توزيع الاستبانة علي كافة أفراد مجتمع الدراسة و قد تم استرداد 102 استبانة بنسبة 85%.

نتائج الدراسة : و أظهرت النتائج وجود تطبيق بدرجة كبيرة لعناصر و مقومات نظام الإنتاج الرشيق فقد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي 75.2%، كما بينت النتائج أن أكثر عناصر الإنتاج الرشيق تطبيقا هي تنظيم مكان العمل، و الأقل تطبيقا هي التصنيع الخلوي.

تأكيد الإدارة العليا أنه من أهم أهدافها الاهتمام بالمشاكل و الصعوبات التي تواجه عمليات الإنتاج و الجودة و الاستعداد لإزالتها.

تركيز الشركات الصناعية على نظافة أماكن العمل، و توفير بيئة عمل آمنة وصحية.

توصيات الدراسة : و قد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التوجه نحو تطبيق نظام الإنتاج الرشيق بشكل متكامل و الاستفادة من مزاياه المتعددة، و كذلك الاهتمام بنشر الوعي بثقافة و مفهوم منهج الإنتاج الرشيق، و العمل علي تدريب العاملين و رفع كفاءة الكادر البشري من اجل استغلالها بشكل أمثل في تطبيق نظام الإنتاج الرشيق.

English Abstract

Study Aim : This study aimed at finding out the degree of implementing the infrastructure and elements of lean production system among companies working in the industrial sector.

Study Tools : In order to conduct this study, the researcher collected the primary data from its different resources.

The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach and used a questionnaire as a primary tool for data collection.

Study Sample and Population : The study population consisted of (30) companies working in the industrial sector including food, plastic, and metal industries.

A number of (4) employees were selected from each company and therefore the study population became (120) employees.

The researcher used the census survey method, where the questionnaires were distributed to all study population units.

A number of (102) questionnaires were retrieved representing (85%) a response rate.

Study Results : The study results showed that there was a considerably high degree of implementing the infrastructure and elements of lean production system as the mean score was (75.2%).

Additionally, results indicated that the most implemented element of lean production system was "workplace organizing" while the least implemented element was "cellular manufacturing".

Industrial companies focus on the cleanliness of the production location, interested in providing a safe and healthy working environment.

The most important goals of senior management attention to the problems and difficulties facing the production processes and work to remove them.

Study Recommendations: The study recommended taking steps towards complete implementation of lean production system and benefiting from its various advantages.

This is in addition to increase the awareness of lean production concept and culture.

Labors in this field should be trained and human resources competency should be lifted in order to invest it optimally in implementing the elements of lean production system
