Abstract EN

This research paper attempts to explore the relationship between the patterns of power within an economic institution and the degree to which it relates to channels and mechanisms of internal communication.

This is done by reviewing the evolution of the concept of power through the ages from a political and philosophical concept to a social and organizational concept that expresses a social phenomenon that depicts and expresses the different types and mechanisms of communication prevailing in the contemporary economic institution.

It is the thesis that: The features of the authority, its limits and scope can be discerned in the communication mechanisms, whether humanitarian, organizational or electronic.
