Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة أثر ممارسة التصنيع الجيد بأبعادها الثمانية (الكادر البشري، ضبط الجودة (المختبر)، تأكيد الجودة والتثبتية، الانتاج ومناطق التصنيع، التفتيش الذاتي، التوثيق، المواد الاولية ومواد التعبئة والتغليف، المباني والمعدات والنظافة العامة) على الإنتاجية في الصناعات الدوائية في قطاع غزة.

و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من موظفين شركة الشرق الاوسط ميجا فارم الواقعة في مدينة بيت حانون شمال غزة و البالغ عددهم 54 موظف، حيث تم توزيع استبانة أعدت خصيصا لهذا الغرض باستخدام اسلوب المسح الشامل، و تم استردادها بالكامل، و تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة الموضحة في الفصل الرابع من الدراسة لمعالجة البيانات و تحليلها باستخدام برنامج SPSS.

توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : 1.

تؤثر (المباني والمعدات والنظافة العامة، التوثيق) بصورة جوهرية على الإنتاجية بنسبة (71.4%).

2.

ضعف تأثير [الكادر البشري وضبط الجودة (المختبر) و تأكيد الجودة و التثبيت و الانتاج ومناطق التصنيع و التفتيش الذاتي و المواد الاولية و مواد التعبئة و التغليف] بنسبة (28.6%).

3.

ممارسات التصنيع الجيد تعيق مرونة سير العملية الإنتاجية مثل العوائق المتمثلة بالحواجز و المداخل و المخارج المحددة و التي تعيق مرونة الحركة داخل المباني، إضافة الى العوائق المتمثلة بالإجراءات المعقدة للفحص و الاستلام و التي تستهلك الكثير من وقت الإنتاج.

وقدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات من أهمها : 1.

ضرورة الاهتمام بتصميم المباني بما يتوافق مع مواصفات ممارسات التصنيع الجيد و بما يضمن عدم دخول ملوثات و اتربة لمناطق التصنيع.

2.

ضرورة الاهتمام بضبط و مراقبة نظام النظافة العامة و التعقيم للمعدات و مناطق التصنيع وفق جداول منتظمة.

3.

الاهتمام بدرجة عالية في تصميم وثائق سهلة وسلسة الاستخدام و التعبئة، و انشاء نظام أرشفة الكترونية لنظام التوثيق الورقي.

4.

انشاء لجنة تفتيش ذاتي متفرغة لإجراء التفتيش الذاتي بشكل منتظم و دائم ومتابعة مراقبة تقارير التفتيش الذاتي و الإجراءات التصحيحية.

5.

الاهتمام بدراسة و تحليل احتياجات العاملين التدريبية بشكل مستمر و اجراء دورات تدريب لتطوير قدرات العاملين داخل الشركة على تطبيق سياسات ممارسات التصنيع الجيد.

6.

نشر الثقافة و الوعي بين العاملين بأهمية نظام ممارسات التصنيع الجيد و ضرورة الالتزام به، كونه أحد أهم العوامل التي تضبط إنتاجية العاملين وجودة المنتجات في حال تم تطبيقه و الالتزام به بدرجة عالية من قبل العاملين.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify The Impact of good manufacturing practice GMP and its eight dimensions (human cadres, quality control, quality assurance and validation, production and manufacturing areas, self-inspection, documentation, raw materials, packaging materials, buildings, equipment and hygiene) on productivity in the Pharmaceutical Industries in Gaza Strip.

The study population consisted of employees of the Middle East Mega Farm Company in Beit Hanoun city north of Gaza, which is 54 employees, A questionnaire was prepared specially for this purpose, and was distributed using the comprehensive survey method.

All forms were retrieved.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and SPSS program to process the collected data.

The study reached several results, the most important of which are : 1.

Independent variables (buildings, equipment, hygiene, documentation) have a significant impact on productivity, as these variables accounted for 71.4% of the change in productivity.

2.

Weak effect of variables [human cadre, quality control (laboratory), quality assurance and validation, production and manufacturing areas, self-inspection, raw materials and packaging materials] as these variables accounted for 28.6% of the change in productivity.

3.

Good manufacturing practices create many barriers that affect the flexibility of the production process such as barriers of roadblocks and specified entrances and exits, which hinder the flexibility of movement inside the buildings, in addition to the complex procedures for examination and receipt, which consume a lot of production time.

The study made several recommendations, the most important of which are the Following : 1.

Attention should be paid to the design of buildings in accordance with the specifications of good manufacturing practices, in order to ensure that pollutants and dust do not enter the manufacturing areas.

2.

Paying attention to the control and monitoring of the hygiene and sterilization system for equipment and manufacturing areas according to regular schedules.

3.

A high degree of attention should be paid to the design of easy and user-friendly documentation and create an electronic archiving system for the paper documentation system.

4.

Establishing a self-inspecting committee to conduct regular self-inspections and follow-up monitoring of self-inspection reports and corrective actions.

5.

Paying attention to the employees’ training needs continuously and to conduct training courses to develop the capabilities of employees in the company to apply policies of good manufacturing practices.

6.

Creating awareness among employees of the importance of good manufacturing practices, as it is one of the most important factors that controls the productivity of workers and the quality of products if employees have implemented it correctly.
