The commitment to inform is one of the most important sources to protect the buyer in general.So there is no way to protect the buyer’s contractual will in front of the professional seller except by restoring the equality of knowledge between these two contracting parties.
In a way that the buyer can determine the appropriateness of this contract by informing him about the circumstances of such contract, in order to take the right decision and to reduce the inequality of knowledge between the two parties of the contract.
The expansion of the concept of information commitment extends to contracts concluded by real estate promoters,since there is a disparity in the contents of this type of contracts between contractors.
In this regard, the real estate promoter is a professional due to his technical expertise in construction’s field but this expertise is not available to the buyer.
In addition, the object of such contract is related to the future and not determined at that moment.
