The Algerian legislation relied on some legal mechanisms for the sake of real estate regulation.For this, he adopted the month kind system, based on the process of scanning land which is charged to describe the physical and legal state (situation) of property so as to give it a strong and legal background.Real estate survey process is accompanied with other measures like determining each municipality borders and the property inside it, carrying out real estateinvestigations.

All this, allow to identify the real owners and help in the preparation of legal texts such land registry along with recording complaints presented by property owners to be discussed by the comity land survey and decide upon any property disputes .

Therefore, this operation will help each municipality to have a land registry which will clear the owner ship of real estate definitively.
