The Main objective of behind the subject of the just war and nuclear threat is to examine the justifications of the just war besides the consequences of nuclear threats in light of the differences in the use of nuclear weapons between supporters and opponents.

Especially that the suffering of humanity from of the scourge of wars urged the philosophers to rethink about the necessity for ethical foundations that deal with the subject from a philosophical perspective that considers man as the origin and purpose of existence.

Taking in consideration the possibilities to justify the just war when fighting pure evil or during the liberation from the colonization; in order to reach a social co-existence in the light of a continuous activation of the requirements of lasting peace.
