Abstract EN
The main objective of this research is to analyze the influences of the distribution profits on the market value of company stocks exchange listed in Dubai Stock Exchange, 30 companies have been involved in this study from the year 2011 to the year of 2014, which encompassed all sectors in the market, In order to address this topic and test its hypotheses, we count on using a simple and multiple regression model.
The results has shown that there is relationship between the dividend policy represented in the (per share dividend, Earning per share) and the stock market value of the companies listed on the Dubai Financial Market, whereas, and doesn’t any relationship between the Retained Earnings Ratio and the stock market value.
