This study aims to investigate the impact of the evolution of oil prices on the fiscal policy of Algeria during the period of 2000-2015, and by dividing the stages of the development and decline of oil prices into three stages according to the rise time and fall and then study this development and its impact on monetary policy instruments and of government spending in addition to general taxes where the study found the results of the group, including: The fiscal policy of Algeria significantly affected by events and crises affecting oil markets, in the case of high oil prices increase the state's income from taxes and of regular collection of petroleum and the collection is growing with them as well as the volume of expenditure in the case of low oil prices decreases with state income tax, as declining as well as the size and spending all this back to the country's dependence on a single source of economic development and of the hydrocarbon sector as becoming the financial policy of the state vulnerable to oil price volatility in global markets.
