This study Search at the knowledge of the impact of technological incubators on creative institutions by embracing the emerging institutions and holders of ideas process, including the process to choose the incubated and specialized training coaching and services available by the incubator standards, depending on the questioning of the emerging business owners and graduate of technological incubators at the national level, to know the impact of this process on the incubated creative enterprises reached showed them that the selection criteria have had more impact on the creative institutions in the study results.
