International disputes pose a serious threat to international peace and security , and have caused wars and tragedies mainly among the newly independent states in Africa and Asia.

In order to reduce these disputes, many principles of settlement have adopted by International and Regional Conventions and treaties , such as the principles of justice and equity, which are considered by jurists and the disputing parties an important principles peaceful of settlement of international disputes.
