The crime is a social phenomenon occuring in all the human ages and varying permanently.

This reflects the correlation of this phenomenon with the social variables and this social dynamics.

In accordance with these facts , Women commit crime in a pattern shaped by These social variables.

It can be said that its crimes are characterized by a historical background confining them in ones related to their feminine nature.

These crimes are linked to the pressure of modernity which increased the social pressures under the justification of the social situation and the spread of crime.

These data resulted in a développement of crime and the involvment of both sexes in it.

Women got able and bold to transcend social boundaries, adapt to the situations, and using all techniques in order to expand their criminal behavior in Algerian society
