The aim of the present study is to definite the personality attached rights as determined by the Algerian legislator in the article 47 of the civil law.These rights are called by jurisprudence individual rights based on the definition and classification of jurists and magistrates and the dispositions of the compared legislation It is worth mentioning that the Algerian legislator indicated them broadly.

this study is an attempt to find a more adequate categorization to personality attached rights in respect to the private law and by demonstrating the new evolution of these rights
