Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to examines the effect of some Internal factors on the financial Structure of the industrial shareholding companies in Setif province during the period (2009-2014).panel data method has been used to demonstrate the relationship of financial Structure, as measured by the ratio of total debt to total net assets, with some of factors that reflect the qualities and characteristics of companies that have been studied: firm size, age, profitability, liquidity, Asset Structure.

the study found that the Asset Structure, firm size and liquidity are negatively related to the financial structure, while growth rate, firm age and profitability has nothing to do with the financial structure.
