This article deals with one of the most important topics in criminal law, a policy of prevention and prevention of crime, which is a contemporary of criminal policy axes.

This study aims to highlight the role of legal systems and legitimacy to achieve crime prevention by the competent and its agencies, with the clarification of the role of the community both individually and collectively, and to identify national and international efforts in crime prevention and prevention as well as show the approaches and modern methods used to achieve it
