The semio-linguistics analysis to women speech helps us to deduce the adopted speech strategy of voting struggles during election movements.

The transition from linguistic to semiotics is considered a very important step to read beyond the statements and to look for the implicit goals.

We take in our account the context of those speeches without neglecting the female gender and their institutional intentions.
