Soft power is the foundation of international relations today, The nature of conflicts is determined, and news channels establish rules of conflict, France has directed its foreign media to gain interests, and to make France stronger, for example France 24 channel, which transfers the positions of the French state of events in the Arab world, in the absence of strong Arab medias.
