Abstract EN

this study aims to identify a modern management concepts that emerged with the end of the 20th century and caused a sensation in the world of management, of the most essential factors for success and stability in the market as it’s real source effective means to accomplish any development in the working method of economic organization to achieve its goals.

Through this study we try to identify the interest of Algerian enterprise intellectual capital,this study included one Algerian economic institution as a model which is antibiotikal Saidal Complex Branch, situated in Medea and operating in the pharmaceutical sector.

The study found that the institutions interest intellectual capital in one of the most important resources that help your organization stay on the market under sustained competition especially in light of the new millennium and with Algerian’s accession prospects to the world trade organization, and complete openness to international alliances between institutions, thus becoming the main factor of intellectual capital and organization success.

The research concluded that a sentence of the results reached by the field study of Antibiotikal Saidal Complex Branch and based on the followings results; we present a series of proposals and recommendations which would create a climate conducive to interest in intellectual capital.
