Abstract EN

This study aims to identify information technology impact on the intellectual capital of employees in Jordan Telecom Company to achieve the study objectives and test its hypotheses.

A questionnaire was designed to measure the variables.

The study population included Jordan Telecom managers from various administrative levels.

The sample size equal (100) manager employees The study results there is a statistically significant impact between the use of information technology) hardware, databases, Internet networks( and intellectual capital.

The recommendations, the researcher recommended as follow: -The need to support IT management with the necessary hardware, software, databases, local, global networks, and systems in a way that meets the needs of the company and its scope of work, and there is need to for necessary training programs in the field of information technology technologies to increase the capabilities, capabilities of employee to achieve the objectives of the communications company efficiently and effectively, and there needs to pay attention to intellectual capital, and human element, particular from the stage of polarization and selection to the phase of separation , because these resources have a prominent role in achieving the objectives of the company
