Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the impact of TQM in terms of their dimensions (Continuous Improvement, Focus on the Customer, Support Senior Management) And its impact on the Production and Operation Management in their dimensions (supply chain management, Just in Time, Competitive Priorities) In addition to knowing of the role of knowledge management in improving the impact of the application of the principles of TQM in production and operations management in the Manaseer Group of Companies, The study population consists of all employees in (21) industrial companies reached (1350) employees, The study selected a simple random sample Included (320) employees, followed by an analysis of (300) questionnaire, With a response rate of (94%), The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant effect of TQM in terms of all dimensions in impact on the Production and Operation Management in all their dimensions, The study also concluded that knowledge management modifies the impact of the application of the principles of TQM in terms of their combined dimensions in the management of production and operations in terms of their dimensions combined in the group of companies Manaseer, The study recommended the most important attention to keep pace with the progress and scientific and technological development in the field of equipment, and to reduce the cost of using the equipment to the lowest possible level, based on the concept of experience and optimal use of the available resources of the institution, and try to expand and enter new world markets.
