Algerian banking system suffers from many shortcomings and negatives which require a rehabilitation and a fast treatment of high level to face the radical transformations that the financial scene and world banking is experiencing in the first place the increasing tendency towards the liberation of the banking activity from the obstacles and organizational and legislative constraints that slows down the expansion of the financial and banking activities.

The reflection and the impact of this development is clear on the majority of the countries of the world including Algeria it has become a big challenge to adapt with as well as a heavy mission of the leaders of the banking systems to find mechanisms and devices (plans) for the rehabilitation of this system and this is due to legal reforms to be able to follow this development
