كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على واقع النشر الإلكتروني في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية ومعيقاته من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (135) عضوا يدرسون في كليتي إربد والحصن التابعتين إلى جامعة البلقاء.
أما أداة الدراسة فقد تمثلت بالاستبانة التي أعدها الباحث، بالاعتماد على عدد من الأبحاث والدراسات ذات العلاقة، وضمت (20) فقرة وسؤالا مفتوحا.
وبعد التأكد من اجراءات صدقها وثباتها؛ طبقت الدراسة، وأجريت المعالجات الاحصائية اللازمة التي أظهرت بأن واقع النشر الإلكتروني يعاني من بعض المشكلات والعقبات التي تعترض مسيرة النشر الإلكتروني، وكان من أبرزها: 1.
معاناة الباحثين من عدم قبول بعض اللجان الأكاديمية لأبحاثهم المنشورة الكترونيا كمواد بحثية شرعية في الجامعات والخاصة بالترقيات.
2.
تسلل بعض الباحثين الى مواقع الناشرين والنسخ غير القانوني وتهديد حقوق الملكية الفكرية دون علم أصحابها.
3.
مشكلة اتقان بعض المدرسين لمهارات اللغة الإنجليزية وترجمتها.
وتبين من نتائج فحص الفرضيات وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.05≥α) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول معيقات النشر الإلكتروني، وحسب متغيري الرتبة الأكاديمية والتخصص، فجاءت لصالح رتبة (استاذ مشارك)، ولتخصص (العلوم التطبيقية).
واختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات التي أكدت على: اعتبار الأبحاث العلمية المنشور الكترونيا والمقدمة من عضو هيئة التدريس، مؤهلة للترقية الأكاديمية، شريطة أن تكون ملتزمة بالتعليمات التي تصدرها الجامعة، وتهيئة البيئة التكنولوجية التي توفر للمدرسين سبل التعامل مع متطلبات الثورة الحاسوبية لغايات النشر العلمي الإلكتروني.
واجراء المزيد من الدراسات التي تكشف واقع النشر الإلكتروني والتحديات التي تعترضه في ميادين تعليمية اخرى.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to explore the status of E-Publishing at Al-Balqa Applied University, and their usage obstacles from the faculty member's perspective.
The sample consisted of (135 members) are studying in two colleges (Irbid and Alhusn) affiliated to the University of Balqa, The instrument of the study was represented in the questionnaire prepared by the researcher depending on a number of related researches and studies.
It consisted of an open question and 2o items, after verifying its validity and reliability.
The study was conducted and necessary statistical processes showed that E- publishing faces many problems and obstacles as follows: 1-The rejection of the faculty member's E-Publishing by the academic promotion.
2-Plagiarism and violation of copyright by researchers.3-The lack of the English language proficiency and poor translation.
After testing the hypotheses؛ the results show that a statically signification difference (0.05≥α) between the averages of the instructors' about the obstacles of evaluation E- Publishing, according to the academic rank (associate professor) and specialization variable (applied sciences).
The study conclude with the following recommendations E-Publishing are to be considered for academic promotion provided, further the university should provide the technological tools and mate them accessible and available to the faculty members to facilitate E-Publishing.
Finally, further research should be carried out to explorer E- publishing and the challenges it faces in different fields
