This study aims to examine the importance of the strategic partnership in improving the economic performance of the Saidal complex by examining the interest of the complex to establish different partnerships and how this partnership affects the results achieved.

the economic performance of Saidal production has improved after several partnerships adoption in various formulas, whether the establishment of mixed projects or franchised manufacturing contracts or the production licenses acquisition, that reflected positively on the economic performance of the complex through increasing the number of products, sales volume, business number as well as financial results, in addition to expanding production lines, providing raw materials and improving competitiveness, and has gained a good reputation as a result of partnerships with international laboratories and companies that have effectively increased the demand for its products.
