Abstract EN

This study aimed to release the concept of authorities of electronic signature reliance and certificates issued by them, and clarify the obligations imposed on them, then expose the legal nature of civil liability arising as a result of the breach of their obligations, both in the general rules of civil liability, and in the private legal regulation brought by some International and Arab Legislations.

We follow in this research the comparative approach between the UNCITRAL Model Law and EU Recommendations, the Jordanian, Egyption, and Emirati Fedral Laws with the show need to amend the 2015 Current Electronic Transactions Jordanian Law in terms of the legal effect of omission that organizes some issues of the liability of authorities of electronic signature certification.
