the chronological side had an impact on the characterization of its march with social characteristics.It was closely related to the historical context in which the Algerian society existed.

The Algerian institution received for nearly five decades the weight of the various transformations known to Algeria, Which led to give a certain rhythm to its operation.

We can say that if the Western capitalist institution through history has a role in dragging the social and historical dynamics, it is the Algerian institution that was the variable of the social system, and this is due to objective historical reasons that have determined from the beginning the nature of this institution.

So what are the various aspects and historical and sociological characteristics that the Algerian institution has known since its inception in the seventies of the last century to the present time?
