This research is derived from a master's degree named "Zubdet AL-Fatawa " to Imam Muhammad bin Yusuf Al-Qarmani al-Qunawi (886h) from the book of marriage to the end of the book Waqf.

We have chose as a plan of our research a study "Writing of divorce affairs" .which contains after the preface two researchs.

The first : writer's life and his method in the book, and the second research refers to the written affairs of divorce ,then comes the conclusion and a list of resources ..
