يعتبر كتاب الموطأ للإمام مالك ثروة فقهية وحديثية، ومن الكتب التي تلقتها الأمة بالقبول، وقد اعتنى به الحنفية شرحا وتعليقا ومن أشهرهم محمد الحسن الشيباني ومحمد زكريا الكاندهلوي.
حيث تميزت رواية الحسن الشيباني عن غيرها من المواطآت بأنها كلها مسموعة عن شيخه مالك.
وأما شرح الكاندهلوي فقد كانت شرحا مستفيضا يغني عن مئات الشروح والحواشي، فكأنه موسوعة ضخمة في علم الحديث النبوي.
Abstract EN
One of the most important and accepted islamic books is "The Muwatta of Imam Malik”.
It contains a huge wealth of Jurist and Hadeeth.
The Hanafis have taken care of It.
They have explained it and comented on it.
Like did Muhammed Ibn Alhassan EL -haibani and Muhammed Zakarya EL-kandahlaoui.
He Narraion of Alhassan EL-shaibani is characterized was heard of his Imam Malik.
But the one of EL-kandahlaoui was a long explanation beer than hundreds.
It was such a big encyclopidea of "prophetic hadeeh science.".
