Abstract EN

This study aims at looking into the Islamic ruling of the aftermath of Miscarriage, especially bleeding.

And that’s due to the wide range of point of views of Jurists on whether the bleeding was Puerperium, Menorrhagia, or Metrorrhagia depending on the age of the fetus.

Although none have mentioned the possibility of it being a mere Menstruation Cycle.

This is why this research is based on the sayings of prophet – pbuh -, Gynecologists, and Jurists' point of view as well as their opinions on blood categories that women go through during puberty period.
