English Abstract

Given the unique role in the news making in Political, Social and The Economic Aspects, Press (Media) plays an important role in shaping our lives nowadays.

However, Press freedom is not absolute.

There are Laws that must not be crossed the nature of this profession needs patience and the search for the truth before making the news public.

Press is subject to Organized Laws.

Reporters must not violate societies Laws nor its Values.

Any Tormented of this kind holds the Reporters liable under civil laws and codes.

The Researcher, that is why, had adopted for this topic absolute the reporters Civil Liability.

Because of its great importance nowadays.

To make things as clear as possible.

The Researcher has divided this work into five Chapters.

The First deals with the introduction with Generals frame of the work.

The Second Chapter deals with the nature of press in court, passing legalizing law, Muslim Law & Terms and conditions for press membership, and kind of reporters in Jordanian Laws.

The Third Chapter deals with duties and Sights of the Pressman or Reporter.

The Fourth Chapter is dedicated to compensation for any damage incurred on the people and institutions, a damage made by a Reporter due to Miss.
