هذا البحث يعيد طرح سؤال النهضة والشهود الحضاري من جديد لأمة إسلامية تاريخها الحضاري والمعرفي ملأ الأرجاء فكرا وعلما، وكان يبعث على الفخر والاعتزاز، وهي في يوم الناس هذا تعاني-للأسف- ضعفا وهوانا غير مسبوقين.
وربما لم تجد لحد الساعة الوصفة المتكاملة للملمة الجراح، واللحاق بركب التحضر والقوة المادية والمعنوية الراشدة على حد سواء، لكن بمنهج التأصيل الشرعي للمصطلح والمفهوم القرآني "التمكين".
هذا البحث يقدم نظرات موجزة وقضايا كلية لشروط التمكين في الأرض وأسبابه ومقاصده في ضوء القرآن الكريم.
Abstract EN
This research rests again the question of the Muslim Renaissance "ANNAHDA" or what is called "the civilized witness" "الشهود الحضاري" for an Islamic "OUMMA" Nation that is immersed in the background of civilized and scientific backwardness and n has not yet found the integral recipe for healing wounds.
And in order to catch up with urbanization and the physical and moral strength of both, but with the legal approach of the term and the Koranic concept "empowerment" (التمكين).
